We inform that, according to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, Velan ABV S.p.A. will proceed to process your data in compliance with the current law about protection of personal data. The personal data you supply are collected online and are treated by means of electronic devices, directly and/or through delegated third parties for the following purposes:

  • Organize, manage and supply the requested services.

  • Regular execution of connected fiscal operations

  • Regular execution of the commercial or service relationship

  • Regular management of requested operations

  • Use of information for statistical purposes

  • Communication to bodies juridically in charge of correct execution of acquired mandate

Your personal data shall be treated in accordance with the law, according to principles of lawfulness and correctness and in order to protect your privacy. Data will be recorded in obligatory entries and registers for the above mentioned purposes and will be transmitted to the bodies in charge in case it is necessary in order to comply with legislative obligations. We may communicate the data you supply about your company to professionals our company uses. You may at any moment exercise your right towards the data controller according to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 that is reproduced here below

    1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.

    2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed

      • Of the source of the personal data

      • Of the purpose and methods of the processing

      • Of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means

      • Of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2)

      • Of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.

    3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain

      • Updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data

      • Erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed

      • Certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

    4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,

      • On legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection

      • To the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.

The rights referred to in Section 7 may be exercised by making a request to the data controller or processor without formalities, also by the agency of a person in charge of the processing. A suitable response shall be provided to said request without delay. The request addressed to the data controller or processor may also be conveyed by means of a registered letter, facsimile or email. Data controller is Velan ABV S.p.A. (Via di Coselli 13/15, Capannori - LU, Italy). Interested parties are rightfully entitled as indicated in Section 7 of said Code and in particular to access their personal data, ask for their amendment, update and cancellation, if incomplete, wrong or unlawfully collected, and to oppose the processing of personal data for legitimate reasons by making a request to the data controller or processor. Lacking authorization of personal data processing prevents any working relationship.
